Data Processing Agreement

Last updated: 6 May 2026

Where you use Synura to transmit personal data, Praxivox Limited acts as a data processor on your behalf under UK GDPR Article 28. Our Data Processing Agreement sets out the terms of that processing relationship, including the subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of processing, the types of personal data processed, and the obligations of both parties.

The Synura DPA includes a product-specific annex covering health data processing, sub-processor disclosure, and technical and organisational security measures.
